I’ve gotten to a point where we hardly eat out because I can cook a meal cheaper, healthier, and just as good or better than most restaurants.
Not to mention there is so much mediocre at best restaurant food out there.

Castle for sure, make sure you book that well in advance.

Dishoom was great food! However plan to wait in line for dinner service.

Going to point out when a U.S. president is sworn in, the book they typically place their hand on is a bible, but a bible is not required, it can be any book or object. In fact there is no legal requirement to place their hand in anything.
