Here's an idea. Draft a new, modern Constitution, informed by all we've learned since 1787 (it's a lot) about complex adaptive systems and so forth, and INVITE the Canadian people to participate with an eye to a MERGER as opposed to CONFRONTATION. Anybody working in this direction?
