New Orleans
I hope that's his final shot as a Pelican

Hahaha that one got me. And don't get me wrong, I love Cooter's for a Saint's game, but that wouldn't enter my consciousness for a recommendation during a visit

Reading some of those replies is breaking my soul

Cure is the best, but it may be pretty far if you're staying in the quarter. If that's where you're at, you have to hit at least Jewel of the South and Bar Tonique. Possibly also Peychaud's. Good luck!

I'll hop in as a current New Orleans resident. You looking for anything in particular?

You got this. No one deserves it more than teachers.

Was it you who wrote the oral history?

Rodger, I assure you that 80% of LSU fans are experiencing a similar conundrum

Bought the Power Broker while overlooking central park on my most recent NYC visit. Been reading it off and on for about 6 months now. Absolutely fascinating. I'm not even one tenth of the way through.

I don't know if the reality is worse or better, but he's the executor of Gayle Benson's will, which makes him kind of a de facto owner. So I lied. Reality is worse.

Matt, from a long suffering Pels/Hornets fan and New Orleans resident, thank you for this. As good of a national perspective on the team as I've seen.

It's the hope that gets you

Pelicans. Sure. Why not? Life is meaningless and we all die alone

Holly.

Thank you?

I finally caved today because I've never watched Scream and just wanted to know how it ended. Thankfully you had some great relationship advice in there too.

Katie, I loved this so much and was so happy to learn about Dorothy Hood that I asked my sister in law to recreate my favorite for my new office. I think it came out wonderfully and wanted to say thank you.

Is there a chance they dropped this and hoped the Trump-Epstein shit would overshadow?
July 18, 2025 at 3:01 AM
Anyone who would rather party in Austin or Nashville is not someone I would want to have here anyway

SirPaul. Cheeks?

I did indeed. And he came in as an older rookie to begin with. His shot is good, but he had a ton of trouble getting it off off the dribble. Couple that with handling and athleticism issues, and he's a fairly limited player.
