The Clinton analogy is fitting because for all the slack he deservedly got at the end of the 90s, Dubya was notably worse. Similarly, with Football and WBB getting the lions share of the revenue sharing money, the next era of Iowa Mens Basketball might be feistier, but I doubt it will be better
