Also, do not sleep on their Gin release, it’s lemony bright with a soft creamy entry, and has just the right amount of peppery bite 😋

Thank you Peter for the invitation! Great stuff going on and cannot wait to see all these things come to fruition… cheers! 🥃 (6/6)

Finally got to try the Wheated release and I can see why Casey is so enamored with it. I’m not usually a big wheater fan, but this might change my ways. My favorite (out of what’s currently available) is still the 6YO PA Rye. (5/6)

Proofed down to 101, still creamy, with bright lemon, black pepper, earth and a bit of dill. Both of these (cask strength & proofed) are exceptional for white dog. Can’t wait to visit this again after a year of aging. 🤩 (4/6)

The night included trying the Rosen Rye freshly off the 3 Chamber at 140.02 Proof (70.01% ABV). It is creamy & rich; complex; earthy; spicy; with a backend bite of bitter dark chocolate & french roast coffee (like if you ate a 80%+ dark chocolate enrobed dark roast coffee bean). (3/6)

Awesome night celebrating this historical moment, bringing a 3 Chamber Still back to Pennsylvania, and combined with the Rosen Rye and heated rickhouse and Iron City is bringing our Rye Whiskey roots back, and into the future. (2/6)
