it does look see through ur so right hadklgh,, i usually stylize their eyes a lil more to differentiate them but they are meant to be reflecting the other's eyes!

i need to draw em looking at each other/themselves from their beginnings to their ends... I'm not sure if Ava would feel pity looking back or Bea would feel regret looking forward,, or how they'd see the other... gosh i gotta lay down and think abt it....

i can't imagine her losing herself in her grief to the point that life stops going on, instead it simply looms over her? colors her world like stain glass? but her eyes are adjusted to it and she can't see it like others can... and when Ava finds her way back she feels that tint melt :)

Smth abt them making negotiations/agreements as they get closer! Sounds very mechanical but I love the notion of molding a relationships w/ someone consciously! building smth wonderful together!!! I'm so ill when I think abt how they slowly relearned each other's affections and limits! (6/6)

living together: Kaveh's left mark on the house! He enjoys living in the house + makes an effort to make the house lovely! Lots of putting up decor and such! it's a home :)!! (5/6)

getting comfy: at some point Kaveh nudges those unspoken boundaries into Alhaitham's space? brushing shoulders, lingering in doorways to talk, and lingering in parts of the home! He kinda takes in how the house is full of Alhaitham's stuff and he starts explorin!! (4/6)

getting comfy: at some point Kaveh nudges those unspoken boundaries into Alhaitham's space? brushing shoulders, lingering in doorways to talk, and lingering in parts of the home! He kinda takes in how the house is full of Alhaitham's stuff and he starts explorin!! (4/6)
sharing spaces: Kaveh gets more comfy w/ communal things! Can't be helped! coffee is easier if they make enough for both of em, laundry is easier if they do it together... He has designated lil areas and he can kinda quietly observe Alhaitham from there... (3/6)

the return: Alhaitham doesn't change his behavior around the house (it's more internal for him) so he leans into the walls/surface comfortably. Meanwhile Kaveh is wincing at corners and edges, he won't touch anything beyond the necessity/smth he brought... everything reeks of Alhaitham... (2/6)
