First real hike post THR. Goat Peak LO, about 3.5 miles and 1500’ gain RT. Only slipped and fell once on the way down.

First real hike post THR. Goat Peak LO, about 3.5 miles and 1500’ gain RT. Only slipped and fell once on the way down.
First rehab walk. Tomorrow will mark 6 weeks since I had my right hip replaced. I’m thankful to be on the mend and look forward to increasing strength and mobility.
Big 4 trail… I stopped before the trail got steeper. I can’t wait to ditch the crutches.
