Putney drinks from one water bowl while standing both front paws in the smaller blue one to its right. Under the bowls is a puppy pad to soak up the overflow that inevitably occurs every time he does this, which is quite often. Putney, his face all faded after years of suntrapping, sits on a sofa partly snuggled in blankets. His tongue is out and wrapped over half his nose. Putney earlier today dozing, with his eyes half open, on the sofa with the tiniest tip of his tongue poking out of his mouth. I’m a senior Jack Russell. My face is mostly white with a bit of faded tan. I am pointing my black nose close into the camera. I have big dark eyes.
