Beautiful! And we were just there in August. I actually scrolled past this and thought, wait a minute...that looks familiar...we took the streetcar to the Foz do Douro lighthouse and stared at the crazy waves for a few hours. Gorgeous, magical place. And you captured it beautifully in this shot.

Native Californian here. I drop my mail-in ballot at the Post Office. The next day I get a text saying it was received at the USPS. A day or two later I get a text from the State saying my ballot was received and my vote registered. And thanks for voting!

I read somewhere that any federal judge can swear her in...it's just tradition that the speaker must do it, not law. If this is true, what's stopping them?
