So am I. I feel they're just being used and will be discarded to suit some political dynamic. People should never be political pawns but that's what they are. It's shameful.

I'm with you. My mum's carers are mainly Nigerian and Ghanaian and they are the kindest, most compassionate people. I hate the idea of them being conned.

Mine was Mr White. Not only did he teach Latin, he taught part of my A Level Music course, ( I was the only candidate), & he loved nothing better than turning up with books of piano duets for the pair of us to play on the Steinway grand in the assembly hall. 😊

It's not banal, Hunter. It needs pointing out. This sort of vile, cruel bullshit is being normalised and encouraged. I'll never understand why so many people feel it necessary to be foul for the sake of it. Why can't they mind their own effing business and just get on with their own lives?
