If they were actually arresting people who are threats they would be shouting it from the rooftops. Gangs etc are too dangerous so they are going after soft targets who have never committed a crime

And when China, Russia, North Korea et al declare war on a weakened Europe and/or US? Europe and other democratic countries will stand strong but the goodwill between them and the US is over. The world is in a very dangerous place on so many levels

Only extremely weak men feel it’s necessary to wrestle people to the ground in order to subdue them. Most of these victims are not resisting. It’s all for show and intimidation. Just a horrific assault on humanity
