Listen being ok doesn't always mean there's a sadness to show. Sometimes being ok is well enough to do one thing and it's a thumbs up and a smile. For me however it's not the same quite the opposite actually it only means I'm ok to say it not feel it.

I begged my friend once to not go and disappear I desperately clung onto them begging they don't hurt themselves or even leave I have never once felt this way before where I've gone to my hands and knees and begged them to not hurt themselves. Am I losing touch with myself or am I really that hurt?

How bad must it be that you have two panic attacks as soon as you wake up? I know one thing ... I hate it because it fuels fear and if I already struggle to go outside now I'm terrified to even think outside is safe. I have struggled with this for years... Now it's just worse
