ps that lense you showed's zoomed outest setting is the same as the telephoto setting on a samsung phone, and it zooms in from there another 2.5x, so you might need the camera lots further away than the phone if you were using the 'normal' or default samsung camera zoom.

just be aware that in the direct sun lots of those camera bodies will overheat or burn a battery before they hit 2 hrs of recording, there might be some batteries or power adaptors needed to get it to run a full paint session without having to fiddle with the camera

if you poke around the ebay for those sony models, see if the number works for you, and find an auto-focus capable cannon EF mount adaptor, that should be pretty close to the minimum price you can do for 4k 30 or 4k 60 (zv-e10 mk ii, or zv-e1). If those numbers dont work then fixed lense/action cam

newer bodies like the zv-e1 or a6700 are gonna let you do more frame rates and stuff, but unlikely to be what you're looking for, most of the canon cameras had limitations for recording length early in the mirrorless days, but they have recently gotten better, but also q. exponsive.

i mean if you want modern frame rates and time-lapse/undercranked in camera its probably better to go with mirrorless, the sony zv-e10 (non mk ii) will be pretty available and do 4k 30fps without duration limits, thats probably the cheapest sony body you could do, but u need a lense mount adaptor
