I read this recently - I saw someone here had recommended it. It is impossible to read it without hearing/seeing the four of them in your head, but definitely a good read. I hope there’s more books as a series soon!

Can anyone get in touch with Josh Gates from Discovery Channel? He must have enough contacts to be able to help out. I can’t find a non-sketchy profile on here for him to try and tag him.

I have had some great book recommendations through BlueSky - I found Jane Austen’s Bookshelf a fascinating read. As an English major, I thought I had a better handle on authors of that time period, but what a surprise that book was!

Fascinating! She is also a key plot point in The Undetectables series by Courtney Smyth (at least the first two book that are currently out) which someone on here recommended as well.

It really does - now I’m kinda hoping for a prequel that details the adventures that clearly came before this book

Side story - I was rushed to the ER with severe abdominal pain and the male doctor said “well, it could be your appendix, but it could be anything anything because you women have a lot of…stuff in there that could be the problem” 😬

Same here - my chart says “acquired loss of uterus” which is funny on its own but the amount of times I have to clarify what that means to medical professionals is mind boggling.
