- Saya Kamitani = 11 votes
- Hiroshi Tanahashi = 5 votes
- OZAWA = 2 votes
- Hirooki Goto = 1 vote
- KONOSUKE TAKESHITA = 0 votes
Kamitani also won the women's MVP by default so they didn't bother doing votes on that.
