5.Try to carpool for work. and set it with friends, family members, or neighbors to run errands together so only one vehicle is used(less gas that is being bought)

4.this really isn't hard as my teenage son have been doing this since December. Many people who live in poverty do this. It is possible it just takes some adjustment to advoid rampent consumerism. Feel free to ask me questions on how to do this.

3.if you do need something like books or clothing there libraries, buy nothing groups and thift stores(don't shop at Goodwill), flea markets and community rumage sales. The idea is not to give any corporation any money besides what you must to survive.

2. What is essential? Food that will prepared at home, hygiene products, cleaning suplies and pet supplies. Yep thats it. Try to shop at small local buisness, but if you can't that's okay.
