BLM essentially meant whites caused all our/your problems. Until you accept that you are your own biggest problem, you'll never succeed.

One of my friends fathers works with a community group that stops black youths getting into gangs, he's far more positive/intelligent about sorting their problems out... than the division/riots BLM caused.
