Snow has got me indoors and I had all but one ingredient for what I have always said I wanted to try - succotash pizza! But, hey, nothing wrong with slapping it on some bread as a experimental substitute to try it out!

I seriously can't recall the last time I came to the Queen but it was probably sub 2014 or so.

Ramen isn't typically what I considered to be a decent lunch but, nowadays, it makes for a hearty lunch that pretty much makes me want to skip dinner too!
