Alright I'm moderately holding strong at the 140s, I did try to stop loosing weight for a good while there so I could fit into the dresses for my mom's wedding (I bought a set, then they were absolutely huge on me, had to buy another set 🤦🏻)

My kiddo hasn't been eating anything but chicken nuggets and sausage patties.. so I spent three hours making veggie sausage patties from scratch so he gets meat, dairy, and veggies in the dang things.

Ive taken down my rant post. It wasn’t specifically a callout to any one singular person or anything like that. My views havent changed, it is still damaging and dangerous, however i am not a fan of how i worded it.
