When I was 13, I had enough sense not to make racist, misogynist, or other bigoted statements. However, it’s a good thing I wasn’t involved in any sort of sexual activity, especially with an adult! 🤔🤷🏼♂️

For oligarchs, most of the homes they own are for investments, not to actually live in. With a 50 year mortgage, they make a ton more in interest payments, & it’s a much longer stream.

Ummm… there are places where they “terminate” the results of free elections. They’re called dictatorships. Any mayor has constraints on what they can do, & they aren’t above the law, so if they do anything illegal, they can be prosecuted.
