You're experiencing a common delusion. Listen to recordings of your voice more and it will sound normal.

The trick is knowing this fact. Your brain tricks you into hearing something different when your voice is played back. Your voice sounds fine to everyone who hears it. Whether it's in person, or through a screen, your voice is fine.

The voice in your head and the voice you hear when you talk to people is what your voice actually sounds like. We are so attuned to that, that any variation (like minor compression from recording/playback) makes us think our voice sounds worse then it actually is.
