Thanks! It's a craft called "Tufting". Basically a specialized 'Tufting Gun' rapidly shoots & cuts yarn into fabric where I traced the bear onto. Then spend many hours trimming and detailing once glued. A simple 3ft bear like this will probably take me 15 hours 🙂👍
