Yesterday, members of Lions Clubs in Purcellville and Lovettsville worked at the Berryville Center and sorted, washed, dried, analyzed, and repackaged about 500 pairs of glasses. Purcellville donated 450 glasses for recycling as well. See our website for more info if you have glasses to recycle!

November is National Diabetes Month. One risk factor you can change is to get more active! Tips include 1) Use an activity tracker or an app, 2) Aim for at least 30 minutes of physical activity each day, 3) Be flexible—walk your dog, climb the stairs, take an online class, do yoga, or even a 5K!
