The jail bird also seems to have punishment pins? I've never experimented with them, can I ask what they are? Where in the cage they fit in?

What's your opinion on oval versus circle rings? Only oval one I've ever used was a hinged one (which I hated, the pinching was unbearable)

Is it comfortable to wear for long periods? I love the look of metal cages but the unilateral opinion seems to be that silicone ones are better for long-term
