Wow. Costco had coffee that wasn't a dark roast! Too bad it's a "limited" Kirkland thing...

Just cut into the chimichurri bread I made and it's interesting. Very soft from all of the oil and butter with a nice mild flavor of the herbs and chilies.
But it really needs something on it - doesn't work as a stand alone bread. I'm pretty sure this will be great with some beef this evening 😋
