You'll get there! Timing the proof was the hardest thing for me. It turns out that for mine, a shorter proof is much better. Just play around, take notes, and you'll make gorgeous loaves in no time. Early attempt vs. more recent.

Oh! I almost forgot. I also got a plug that goes on the rear cable or rod. Once the belt is all locked together, that plug is locked in place. It is unbelievably huffy to be locked and plugged and not be able to do anything about it. 🥴
