People with OCD often times do their compulsions because in their minds they must do them or else something bad will happen. Like with me, I have contamination OCD and I believe i must clean myself in a specific way, or the people around will get sick and die. 1/?

I also have OCD. If this is a one time deal due to your dizziness it's unlikely that you have OCD. Just a heightened sense of anxiety which is common. But if you experience this outside of dizziness and with compulsions then yea probably. You can have it without compulsions tho this is more unlikely
