Rereading this I should probably specify that the 20% additional charge is the cost of the asset/base! So if the base is $50 it would be an additional $10 and I pay the other $40. Not 20% of the commission itself! Sorry if there was any confusion!!

Outfits are usually $25-$75.
Can do half up front and half after Substance but before Unity. If you plan on doing the Unity side of things yourself, then all above costs are halved!
20% up front additional charge for any asset/base I do not own & we both need to own it.
