Keep safe - although it looks like there's nothing going between Scotland and England tomorrow. Suspect Saturday will be slow to get going as they check the lines for any blockages/ damage.

In a word "BAD". I was having a PT session and he was having difficulty getting weights. I think we managed to do 1 out of 6 planned exercises and the rest were adapted.

My gym's the same - it felt like half of Edinburgh was in there on Monday night. Hopefully most of the January sign ups will stop coming shortly and our gyms will return to normal.
