Have an easy to release knot or hook close to the sub's hands... should anything happen to the Dom, the sub can get loose to help in case of a medical emergency.

Usually if you look like a tourist, you'll attract pickpockets... i live in Belgium, I've never heard people saying to put all that stuff on... just take your backpack off your back and hold it by your legs on public transport... they'll have to kneel to steal.. so you'll know what they're doing
