I personally think they make things in house - they do have a warehouse - but I do know that 1. The quality is lacking and doesn’t justify the price 2. They’re incredibly problematic as a brand as if you have issues they block you. The fact they’re trying to talk shit about competition is a red flag

What’s super interesting is that the English exam in Japan uses super random and obscure words that a native English speaker doesn’t generally use - so it’s even more complex.
