A story about the relationship of two girls in a religious mining town. At only 2 chapters, this was quick but enjoyable read. Its art is also beautiful, the style fitting perfectly into the setting

Aki gains her autonomy back quickly, and this is demonstrated with her confession to Marie, who thinks back to her mother who would tell her how much she loved her, while the world protected their nuclear bond with a curtain. I liked how this scene carried out, just not most of the development

The horror is also not in your face often either, which I really like. It comes in subtle comments and beautiful paneling. The chapters are surprisingly long and you get to go inside multiple woman's heads and meet all of their unique thoughts and feelings
