I had similar health issues and switched overnight to Swiss water processed decaf, which is 99.9% caffeine free. The placebo effect balanced out the withdrawals and it wasn’t as difficult as straight cold turkey. Now I still get coffee in the morning but am caffeine free and feel great waking up
