When I stop to think about it for too long it honestly makes me not want to survive my next medical crisis.

thats also why I cannot use the drill press as intended. Bringing the bit down to the glass as it sits on a surface creates a singular point of pressure & friction, adding the slightest bit of extra force by accident will pop the glass every time.
I have to hold the glass too the bit by hand.

Some of it is the thickness of the glass, but mostly the chance cracking. too much preasure will split the piece as well as if the bit has too fast a rotation it will heat up which will cause the glass to break.

Got 12 more on the bench that I need to finish.
