A year ago, it seemed like a crazy start to 2025. That wasn't the only VAT that was rissen. Throughout the year, they switched from 5-10% VAT on food products, back to 23%. Sugar tax went up again. The government invented the Transaction tax. 3 consolidation packages later, we hungrier than before.
The end of the year brought some crazy government decisions in my country. Let's raise the VAT from January and let struggling people struggle more with their low December salary.

People making fun of one YouTuber making 400$ a week. It is supposed to be less than a minimum wage. In my country the minimum wage is 800€ brutto a MONTH! I wish people would appreciate more of what they have. Me, for example, surviving (not living), am thankful, that I don't live in Afghanistan.

People making fun of one YouTuber making 400$ a week. It is supposed to be less than a minimum wage. In my country the minimum wage is 800€ brutto a MONTH! I wish people would appreciate more of what they have. Me, for example, surviving (not living), am thankful, that I don't live in Afghanistan.
