Two things can be true at once. I was condemned by the judge, yes, and you held the door open to yell walking back into the courtroom deciding how the defendant feels about people without her there to confirm that. About using "escalation" I meant it as in front of police.

Similarly there are people that were there the night of the interaction, night of the escalation at the event, day of the trial, and other situations who have shared what they saw.

To clarify I did not say "you are a fed" or even imply. I voiced that it was concerning, and it is. Especially to have done so at someone's trial. I can prove this, because I've been gaslit about that specifically.

In all, I do see where I went wrong and have apologized over text as well as in person through mediators. I do stand by not having said any direct slurs. My own experiences are erased in this, and more important ppl are being attacked over me, which is why I didn't want to talk in the end.

The person keeps saying I also said awful things to/about other comrades who are like me - lighter skinned of marginalized backgrounds. If their identities are valid, so are mine. I have expressed my Romani background before, but that is overlooked a lot here, which I don't understand.

It was out of concern, but not my place. I do see where the hurt comes from. That Med Tent event and this thoughtless misstep seem to have been combined. One more thing, my own identity has been erased in all this. Will elaborate

That was brought up later after the initial conversation following the short interaction at JS that warranted the full discussion over signal about silencing them. I don't fully remember what I said, but I was reminded that I suggested them to not use the megaphone for safety. That was wrong

I would bring that up in conversation when unwarranted. I was asked by Black comrades to not do that anymore because it came off as white guilt. I referenced it in person in the group and said I can elaborate further if people would like. No response.

There was an event 3 years ago at Med Tent where I misunderstood a phrase and spoke to a group of Black femmes, running away/runaway (IDR phrasing) and that was addressed. That doesn't mean that is "dealt with" I was asked to learn and be mindful of phrasing from there. Cont

No one is required to put in the labor to how they were hurt. There have been many attempts for convo from my end while also respecting the distance requested. In the short interaction where I was told I meant to silence them, I did not directly say any slurs. Cont

When the concern of me silencing them as a Brown femme was first addressed, I recognized and asked for conversation, or anything that was preferred. No answer was provided. I came out expressing desire to hold myself accountable in the gc we were all in, I was removed. Ok, if that's what they want

No, I'm getting to that. As far as fedjacketing goes, I pointed out how this person has chosen to escalate only in legally precarious situations/in front of cops. We were all at a community bbq where things get hashed out hours before. Slurs part next post

Let's set this record straight. Every time someone who absolutely isn't you has screamed at me in very precarious situations I've asked to speak. Only one person has directly come to me asking for conversation. I've talked to you directly, gone through mediation through comrades, etc
