The great thing about KNIVES OUT is they are so different from one another that each could be someone's favorite. For me, it's GLASS ONION. #WakeUpDeadMan is a gothic mystery with tons of humor and heavy religious themes, but is entertaining first and foremost

I watched #DeadMansWire just last night and really enjoyed it. A crackin' thriller whether you know the whole story or not, and a great offbeat performance by Bill Skarsgard. Nice to see Gus Van Sant back, too.

The build up to the epic finale of #StrangerThings is reminding me of the conclusion to BUFFY THE VAMPIR SLAYER. I expect that some of these characters won't survive this fight, and those who do will be greatly changed.

This makes me sad but then I never thought it was going to happen in the first place. I do think Rian Johnson returns to #StarWars just in a different type of project. An episode of a Disney+ series or a one-shot story.

After much anticipation, #WickedForGood opening stronger than last year's film doesn't surprise me. I actually expect #Zootopia2 will do the same this week. My hope is that good word of mouth will carry #RentalFamily along for a while.

I consider SISU to be an ultra-violent dark comedy masterpiece. #SisuRoadToRevenge doesn't have quite the same visual creativity in the big action spots, but it packs more of an emotional punch. There needs to be a third one!
