I have therapy in 2 hours, and then a call with a secondary mental health nurse about getting on stronger meds.
I don’t do begging, but I will beg them both to help me. I cannot keep living like this. It’s like waiting for a bomb to go off, expect it’s my mental health and the bomb is my life.
