I do pity Dale, in a way. He really is the product of the Conservative assault on education and reality. He’s a walking piece of propaganda, molded through years of right-wing talking points and slogans. They’ve done so much damage to the very people who worship them.

But he listened when the Terminator laid it all down! Skynet, Judgement Day, the history of things to come... it's not every day you find out you're responsible for 3 billion deaths. He took it pretty well.

Having a shared experience as a people that allows them to bond almost anywhere, like you always have someone you can count on. Camaraderie. White people don't have that for the most part, unless they're hating another group, and they hate redheaded guys. It's lonely.

I laughed out very loudly in the theater when they said that. Dinosaurs are evergreen. That was easily one of the dumbest plot points I've heard, right next to "Somehow, Palpatine returned."

I think you mean the Daughters of the Confederacy, a neo-confederate, racist, white supremacist group. The DAR has been diversifying since the 80s, and a lot of white conservatives hate them for that.

I use to attend academic conventions with my mom, who was a teacher. At CAA, there were always people speaking about art in videogames, or certain movies, even toy lines. I never went to a Super Monkey Ball symposium, but there were, like, three on Katamari Damancy.

If you look at this as an hour-and-a-half setup for a 15 minute sketch, it's a lot funnier. It was made by The Whitest Kids You Know, after all. ...then again, I didn't really like it, so much as I enjoyed the ending. Could've been a short.
