the default is of course "shove stuff in there that doesnt fit in the bins" but i assume others have had this problem and maybe come up with some smart ideas

- write calibration routine to map logfile coordinates to map coordinates
- sync and fuse SSE/OSC data to provide simpler APIs

and now i can write not-entirely-horrible await-based control sequences in GDScript

recap of what it took to get here:

- parse SSE map updates from each robot
- make UI to align maps from different robots and visualize them
- parse undocumented on-device logs for more frequent position/rotation updates and various other events
- send log events to controller over OSC

for some reason they also changed the export key binding from cmd+opt+shift+s, which makes sense, to cmd+opt+shift+w, which does not and is just a missed shift key away from "close all documents" 🙃

i would grasp their true nature and it would be chill
