I think this is what this is doing. Essentially making it easier to get a BiPAP instead of a home ventilator. Now you just need an ABG instead of jumping through all those hoops(PFTs, sleep study etc)

I think there’s going to be an explosion of development along the river once/if we get back to a more economically optimal time to build

I hope they keep going south from Belmont and connect it to Diversey. Maybe once the Lincoln Yards gets more developed there will be more motivation

It was like a nursing home and the butterscotch pudding just ran out.
It got intense.. lots of opposition and yelling. They had to tell people to be civil. we need more young people at these meetings. Not just a show local government but the NIMBYs.
