100% right on. Over the years I’ve talked to people who have released due to sitting on PAT platoon 6,8,9 months, sometimes over a year while waiting to for initial trade training. Though all pensionable time it’s still one heck of a wait. Seeing the mega full is a great sign of recruiting efforts.
