The shape is great but I'm not sure about the lighter edge to the motif - it looks like edge highlighting, but where there's no edge. I might lose the border and make the volumes match the rest of the cape? Or widen the lighter border to make it more obvious that it's not an edge highlight?

Ah, fond memories of loading Quake and switching the CD to "The Crow" OST, which worked a treat not least because the end-of-level summary music became some super-chill Stone Temple Pilots track.

Desaturated. If nothing else they'd be covered in dust and muck, they're not known for cleanliness. Also it looks more believable to me - I like to paint minis to breathe life into them.
