On Friday, one of the so-called "bosses" — fucking hell — caught me sketching at work. Mind you, I had already finished all my tasks and was just waiting for new ones to come in. First, that asshole tried to make me feel guilty, then had the audacity to say — “Do me a favor, never do that again.”

Spent half the day yesterday drawing rocks. The sketches turn out decent, but the digital version looks like pure garbage. I honestly don’t get why. Metal, wood, ice — all easier for me than freaking rocks😡

I haven’t stopped writing here, just been too exhausted. I’ve barely drawn since my last post. But today, something inspired me to revisit an old comic script. I hope it brings back my desire to draw because I feel like I’ve hit an art block—the kind where you don’t even want to pick up a pencil🫠

I'm working on sketches of the main six. I almost have two finished sketches of Celestia and Luna, but I don’t want to show them until they’re ready. And my pen doodles are so chaotic that it's usually hard to make anything out.

My friend and I decided to take part in Dutch Comic Con, so for the past two days, I’ve been thinking about MLP stickers. I don’t usually draw original characters from the show since they have distinct personalities that aren’t always easy to capture—at least not in a way that I’d be happy with.

Didn't do anything yesterday. Didn't draw at all - no strokes in digital, no pencil or pen lines. But I got some good rest, and that's what matters.

I used to avoid new techniques because I thought they just "weren't for me." Why struggle when I could just stick to what I knew? But at some point, I gave it a try and… no, it didn’t get easier. I just realized that change isn’t scary. Sometimes, it’s even interesting.

I didn’t really draw anything today, not at work or at home. Still working on turning a sketch into a full piece. Going with grayscale first, so right now, I'm adding depth to the characters and foreground.

I was so mad and frustrated that one of the sketches I actually liked got crumpled… I just couldn’t let it go. So after work, I started drawing.
