Its not a solution right now, but steamdb lets you filter on their website. They also have a chrome extension, but the extension does not yet include that ai filter feature. But, with a change on their end, you could load chrome extensions in client with millennium and use it

if its a repetitive action issue you can get away with icing it, using compression items or braces, and doing your best to limit that repetitive motion. But, if it doesnt seem to be that it could be an issue with the tunnel in your wrist everything goes through and require surgery
