A librarian created a storytime surprise inspired by THE POCKET BOOK by me & Julia Breckenreid: “All the babies at story time got a felt heart from my secret pocket today.❤️ Love coming up with ideas from this book!“ I LOVE seeing the way librarians and teachers make magic out of my books! ❤️❤️❤️

His one adaptation was to make it a king and dinosaur party, so we’ve added some crowns, are making some crowns and royal jewelry, and playing pin the crown on the Dino!

If you live in Maine, you know Marden’s, a salvage and surplus store. This summer I took a gamble (at 70% off) that my December baby would still love dinosaurs and bought this party set. Today is party day! Has to be one my favorite Marden’s finds yet!

I’ve had this book since it came out, but now was the right time for me to read it . I loved FURIA, a young adult novel about fútbol, family, love, abuse, dreams, & the strength needed for all of them. @yamilesmendez.bsky.social got the balance of heart, humor, heartbreak & hope just right. Goal! ⚽️
