I made the mistake of opening Facebook for five minutes and saw three arguments. I'm good. Imma be over here with my food. Anyway, here is the sesame tofu I made.

I need a break from politics. Someone hit me up when it's time for the queer folks to run for our lives, yeah? Otherwise, I'll be quietly fixating on just my little corner of this dystopian hellscape.

My pumpkin pie cheesecake came out perfect. I'm finally getting comfortable with a water bath when cooking. It's gonna be a good day!

Stuffed French toast. The filling was marscapone and pecans. Oddly challenging to cut open pockets of bread but fun with @noahwolf.bsky.social making them!

First time making cinnamon rolls from scratch and after crying a few times I did it! Delicious!
