You would think a person of your age would remember times before Trump was President when it was the liberal/progressives making the claims about a Deep State. "Dick Cheney as the shadow President behind Bush", "WMD in Iraq", etc.

No they don't. A billionaire can certainly afford to pay landscaping companies or childcare companies that employ legal immigrants/workers. It's the not so rich that need the cheaper labor to look like they are part of the rich.

While I might have chosen other verbage for such a message, you are correct and they don't care. "No one is above the law" was their talking point just a few months ago.
