His disciplinary record is a different story entirely. But things like this don’t affect value to me. He’s played virtually every game over both seasons for us. Fitness, work rate, speed, work ethic are no issues. If you get him for any less than £25m I’ll be very upset.

This fitness thing seems to be an invention by Leeds fans. He’s known for his speed, work rate, winning the ball? Plays 80+ mins in the majority of games. Never injured. Is it because he has a stockier build? He’s certainly not overweight. Lazy summary from a fan base that maybe seen him play twice?

Think this highlights the gap between top 2/3 Champ teams is growing massively to rest of lg as seen with gap from rest of PL to bottom 3. Top 3 in Champ racking up lots of pts and the rest all scrapping and taking off each other. Almost like LUFC, Blades, Burnley, Ipswich etc. need another lg

To be honest I don’t think we invested heavily. We kept the very strong core together which got us there from L1. Only additions which started regularly were Henderson (loan), McBurnie, Mousset and Berge who came in January. However I believe Villa spent about £150m 😳😳

I suggested the exact same thing when Hecky took us up. Knew he wouldn’t be tactically up to it. But I was shut down by most. It’s because it seems to harsh to sack a promoted manager. I’m sure another club did it but can’t recall?

Rather Cov than Bristol personally. Not been massively impressed with how they play and already beat them well at BL. Possibly Blackburn over Mill but don’t think either will get in anyway.⚔️
