You and I both know that Joe Biden won't do this—but he should. He might spend the rest of his life in court defending his actions, but tell me you can't see Trump doing this and then ask again - should Biden do this?

If that evidence finds Donald Trump guilty, Trump should be executed by firing squad. President Biden will then pardon himself for any crimes and resign from office, placing VP Kamal Harris in the White House for the last few weeks. J.D. Vance and now President Harris can work on transition.

If the Tribunal finds Trump guilty based on the evidence Jack Smith collected, then the military will execute the judgment of the Tribunal -- and the penalty for treason is death. This is different from the America that he, Joe Biden, wants, but these are the new ways per the voters.

America has said they want the President to follow such behavior, so that is what he is doing. Biden should announce that Donald Trump will face a military tribunal since the Republicans "loopholed" around the norms of the justice system. Trump will now face the loopholes himself.

I hope that we are not already too far gone. Anything not explicitly written into the Constitution to belong to the Legislative Branch is now a power the President can presume is his. There is no opportunity to address concerns until after the President leaves office except for impeachment.
